Biography

So you've come this far, you must really want to know what im about!!

Great let me tell you a little about me.

My name is Gareth Thomas. I am a freelance Full-Stack Web Developer. In a nutshell, I take a problem and create a solution to solve that problem using code, design or the good old brain (It really is old).

80% of my solutions are handcrafted like a tailor making a new suit. Building solutions, websites and apps that you cant get with templates.

All projects are a problem to be solved, whether it’s to do with design or code—only the tools change. My process is iterative; I approach each problem as a learning experience that informs the rest of the project, which means that before I get to working with my keyboard and mouse I gather information, plan and strategize the most effective way to solve that problem.

I've been writing software for 6+ years now, back then I made mini games and since then i've made my way to the web where im comfortable mixing both my skills in graphic design and code.

I like making things.

I am always experimenting, always learning, and never bored.

I have a blog and podcast coming soon with content about topics that deserve to be discussed and topics outside of work in the vast realm of things future, past and present.
